  • "We have traditionally used manual recording for equipment utilization, such as tracking the number of jobs done versus the theoretical capacity, which is time-consuming. To address this, we've assigned a small team of dozens to manage hundreds of large equipment, freeing up labor and improving data accuracy. Initial monitoring of dozens of heat source equipment shows that we've reduced labor by 0.5 headcount, with an equipment utilization equivalent to about 2.4 headcount. The data helps us record equipment failure rates, and the power and current at equipment operation times are also valuable for energy savings."
